By downloading, accessing, or using the ThriftnDrift mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

ThriftnDrift is a mobile application that helps users discover thrift stores, vintage shops, and secondhand retailers. The App provides:

• Store locations and information
• User reviews and ratings
• Community features for sharing finds
• Personalized recommendations
• Navigation and directions to stores

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"), including photos, reviews, and comments. By posting content, you grant ThriftnDrift a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or moderate user content.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. ThriftnDrift is not liable for any content posted by users.

6. Store Information

Store information, including hours, locations, and details, is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:

• Information may be outdated or incorrect
• We are not responsible for inaccurate store information
• Users should verify information directly with stores
• We do not endorse any particular store or business

7. Intellectual Property

The ThriftnDrift App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ThriftnDrift and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Extract data through automated means

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., maps, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As Is" Service

ThriftnDrift is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriftnDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in content
• User content or conduct of any third party

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriftnDrift, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content without liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

16. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ThriftnDrift regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
